Emma Goldman was a key figure in the early feminist movement, advocating for free speech, contraception, and workers’ rights. Her famous quote, “If I can’t dance, I don’t want to be part of your revolution,” is frequently cited by those who believe that political movements should be joyful and inclusive. In that spirit, our event will conclude with a samba performance. We hope you enjoy it!
