Format: Design Clinic (60 min)

“Show us where you are stuck”: participants present a working project, tool, or service, explain one unresolved problem, and ask the room for help. Small groups work on the challenge and share practical suggestions and next steps. To ground the challenge in an actual organizing experience, presenters address four questions: What problem forced people to organize? What did they disagree about? What did they decide together—and what did it cost? What power do they now have that they lacked before? Small groups use these answers to develop suggestions that strengthen collective decision-making and members’ power.
