Bio
Yuhan Liu is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Princeton University, where she is a member of the Human–Computer Interaction Lab. Her research examines how people interact with AI systems, with a particular focus on participatory design, human-centered AI, and the social impacts of emerging technologies. She investigates how AI can better support human decision-making, creativity, and collaboration while remaining accountable to the communities it affects. Drawing on methods from human-computer interaction, design, and machine learning, Liu’s work explores ways to make AI systems more transparent, inclusive, and responsive to diverse user needs. Her research contributes to the development of AI technologies that are both technically robust and socially responsible.
