Waide Warner is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School and a Senior Advisor at the CyberLaw Clinic of Harvard Law School and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Initiative for Responsible Investment at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Senior Advisor at the Zero Gap Initiative of The Rockefeller Foundation, President of the Post Road Foundation, and a Senior Counsel of Davis Polk & Wardwell, an international law firm based in New York. As a Davis Polk Partner for more than 25 years, he lead the Project Finance Group, participating in a wide range of U.S. and international financings, restructurings, joint ventures and public/private partnerships in the telecommunications, transportation, and energy sectors in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa. He has also advised on a number of transnational infrastructure projects, including privately financed undersea fiber optic cables across the Atlantic and the Pacific.
