Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Victoria Finch is a Public Engagement Fellow at the Platform Cooperativism Consortium, dedicated to promoting equity and connection through collaborative efforts. As a Quality Analyst at TikTok, Victoria actively pushed back against arbitrary policies that disproportionately impacted users of color. Her advocacy for inclusivity and dedication to addressing these concerns have been instrumental.
