Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Victoria Finch is a Public Engagement Fellow at the Platform Cooperativism Consortium, dedicated to promoting equity and connection through collaborative efforts. As a Quality Analyst at TikTok, Victoria actively pushed back against arbitrary policies that disproportionately impacted users of color. Her advocacy for inclusivity and dedication to addressing these concerns have been instrumental. With a decade of experience in social activism, Victoria has worked as an Adult ESL Tutor for immigrant communities and a Program Coordinator at a state-funded nonprofit. She has contributed to disaster relief efforts, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, and supported organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. Victoria’s primary goal is to amplify underrepresented voices in the technology sector, fostering a more inclusive and equitable digital landscape.
