Bio
Dr. Talgar Bayan is a faculty member and postdoctoral scholar at Nazarbayev University’s School of Computing and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI). He is also a visiting research associate at the University of Manchester, where he completed his doctorate.
His research focuses on low-resource natural language processing and autonomous AI agents. Drawing on his background in distributed networks, he also investigates privacy-preserving AI and secure blockchain architectures. He teaches undergraduate computing courses that connect theory with practical applications.
