Suphadoung Phankaew is a founder of Thai Therapy Spa at Home, a worker-led social enterprise providing home-based massage services in Bangkok. She specializes in aromatherapy massage, thermal stone therapy, body balancing massage, facial and Gua Sha massage, head massage, and Tok Sen, or traditional Thai tapping massage.
Her practice brings together diverse therapeutic techniques within a collective committed to improving massage therapists’ livelihoods and working conditions. Established as a social enterprise in 2023, Thai Therapy Spa at Home distributes work among members, supports mutual aid and professional development, and is developing a collective welfare fund. Through this initiative, Suphadoung connects her expertise in personal care with cooperation among workers seeking fairer opportunities, greater economic security, and stronger support for one another.
