Bio
Steph is an Asian, pansexual, neurodivergent woman, raised in the Philippines and now based in Thailand. She spent 15 years at a global technology company, holding roles across Human Resources and People disciplines including talent acquisition, business and data analytics, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.
She currently serves as Head of Asia Programmes at Open for Business, where she leads the activation of the organization’s published research and develops the practical tools and insights that turn those reports into actionable strategy.
