Samer Hassan, a Spanish-Lebanese scholar, is an Associate Professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Faculty Associate at Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center. His interdisciplinary work, bridging computer and social sciences, focuses on leveraging decentralized technologies for commons-based peer production. Hassan has earned recognition for his P2P Models project with an ERC Grant, investigating blockchain’s role in enhancing collaborative economies.
