Samantha Ndiwalana is Advocacy Director at Ranking Digital Rights, where she works to advance corporate accountability for human rights in the digital age. Her research and advocacy focus on AI governance, digital rights, corporate transparency, and the social and environmental impacts of digital infrastructure. Previously, she led research for the Ranking Digital Rights Index at the World Benchmarking Alliance, assessing how major technology companies respect freedom of expression and privacy. She holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics from the Paris School of Economics and brings an interdisciplinary perspective to technology policy, combining economics, human rights, and sustainability. Her work seeks to ensure that digital technologies are governed in ways that protect human rights, strengthen democratic accountability, and promote equitable development.
