Riya Desai is a Consultant at The Social Investment Consultancy (TSIC), specializing in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation, mixed-methods research, and stakeholder engagement. Before joining TSIC, she worked in management consulting at Deloitte and PwC, delivering impact evaluations across sectors including education, skills development, and health.
Her interests include gender equality, mental health, sustainable development, and social inclusion. She holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. (she/her)
