Ritvik Gupta is a researcher at Aapti Institute. His work focuses on the platform economy, the artificial intelligence sector, AI value chains, and working conditions on digital labor platforms. He has studied algorithmic management and labor standards in data work and content moderation, as well as social security, multistakeholder governance, and policy frameworks for gig and platform workers. His research examines how digital technologies reshape labor relations, worker rights, and institutional accountability, with particular attention to the people and infrastructures that make AI systems possible.
