Naveen Kumar Singh is Program Officer (Research) at the International Cooperative Alliance Asia and Pacific (ICA-AP), where he leads research initiatives under the ICA–EU partnership and serves as Secretary of the ICA-AP Research and Credit & Banking Committees. He has extensive experience in cooperative development, having previously worked as a Research Officer at the National Cooperative Union of India, where he developed training programs, conducted research, and strengthened stakeholder engagement. He also contributed to the World Bank-supported Bihar Transformative Development Project through the Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society. Naveen holds a postgraduate diploma in Agribusiness and Management from the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
