Nargish Fatema, of Bangladeshi origin, has built a career in banking, backed by a Master’s Degree in Bank Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management and nearly 25 years of experience in the field. Recently, she shifted her focus to the technology sector, taking on a project at an IT company that aims to digitalize supply chain management for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This initiative, targeting small retailers in neighboring areas, seeks to leverage digital innovation and fintech technologies. Through her work, Nargish aims to improve access to finance for MSMEs, support their growth, and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
