Dr. Mujahid Hussain is a scholar and educator specializing in Islamic studies. He holds a PhD in Islamic Studies and teaches Arabic at Government High School Makwal in Punjab, Pakistan. His research examines Islamic ethics, Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, Islamic law, Islamic economics, artificial intelligence, digitalization, and the ethical implications of emerging technologies. He is particularly interested in how Islamic intellectual traditions can inform contemporary debates about technology, society, and economic life. His work brings Islamic perspectives into conversation with current technological and social challenges, with an emphasis on justice, human dignity, and the public good. Through his research and teaching, he seeks to advance ethical and human-centered approaches to technological development while contributing to broader discussions about religion, innovation, and responsibility.
