Monalisa Kashyap is Program Coordinator and Advocacy Officer at the International Cooperative Alliance Asia and Pacific (ICA-AP), where she works under Phase II of the ICA-EU Financial Framework Partnership Agreement. She also serves as Secretary of the ICA-AP Committee on Youth Cooperation. With more than a decade of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development, Kashyap has worked across international, national, and government institutions. Her work has focused on women’s and youth empowerment, employment, and cooperative development. She has led and supported initiatives designed to strengthen participation, institutional partnerships, and economic opportunities through cooperative models. Kashyap holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management from the Development Management Institute in Patna and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Patna Women’s College.
