Bio
Manop Kaewmoracharoen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at Chulalongkorn University, where he specializes in Construction Engineering and Management. He also serves in a departmental leadership role overseeing graduate studies and information. His research focuses on the digital transformation of construction and infrastructure, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), digital twins, artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtual reality, and optimization methods for construction planning and management. Recent work has examined digital-twin applications, real-time sensing, AI-supported infrastructure management, and immersive technologies for engineering collaboration and education. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Engineering and Management, from Iowa State University, and his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
