Dr Malu Villela is a Lecturer in Management at Essex Business School, University of Essex. Her research critically examines alternative organizational and economic models for inclusive and sustainable futures, focusing on democratic governance, relational forms of organizing that emphasize interdependence, and co-operative approaches to digital technologies that challenge extractive logics.
