Bio
Luca Cominassi is an attorney and AI policy advisor focused on emerging technologies and public-interest AI. He serves as a Public AI Fellow at Metagov, where he works with public institutions and stakeholders on AI and language technology strategies grounded in scientific rigor and aligned with European values. He is also the co-founder of Ultrafab, an AI-powered Internet of Things startup. Luca holds a master’s degree in IT law and legal informatics from the University of Bologna’s CIRSFID program and a law degree from the University of Parma. His work sits at the intersection of law, governance, innovation, and democratic digital infrastructure.
