Bio
Kasia Zaniewska is a Berlin-based social scientist, researcher, and strategy designer specializing in the intersection of AI, diversity, community, and systemic change. With over twenty years of experience integrating human needs and mental models into product and strategy design, she currently works on shaping AI-first knowledge systems in the fintech sector. She lectures in Tech To The Rescue’s AI for Changemakers program, helping NGOs build AI solutions. As part of Jutro Lab, a female design collective, she researches and co-creates cooperative AI narratives, and with the For a Change Foundation, she applies Theory of Change and Service Design to support LGBTQ+ communities in rural Poland. She holds degrees in sociology and service design.
