Joackim Lebrun is director of Acteurs Pour une Economie Solidaire (APES), the network for stakeholders of the solidarity economy in the French region of Hauts-de-France. They are leading the experimentation “PlateformCoop” to support the emergence of local platform cooperatives and the training of policy-makers.
