Bio

Andrew Richard Schrock is a Ph.D candidate at the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism at the University of Southern California (USC). He researches data & democracy, mobile communication, and social media. His most current project is on systems of regulation and participation with open government data. His research and writing has appeared in (or will shortly appear in) New Media & Society, the International Journal of Communication, Information, Communication & Society, American Behavioral Scientist, The Information Society and Convergence.
