The on-demand economy provides professionals greater access to an extra income. This way of working is more flexible but it comes at the expense of a loss of labor rights that are associated with traditional employment. How can we design positive platforms that ensure welfare for their contributors?
Alícia Trepat Pont works in the New Economy field through the Economy for the Common Good and OuiShare and is involved in social innovation projects.
