Yok Kettida is a cooperative organizer and care worker dedicated to strengthening worker-led models of care and mutual support in Thailand. She is an active member of the Care Workers Cooperative, where she works to improve labor conditions, promote democratic workplace governance, and build sustainable systems of community-based care. Her experience spans organizing care workers, supporting cooperative development, and advancing worker education and leadership. Kettida is committed to demonstrating how cooperative ownership can improve both the quality of care and the livelihoods of those who provide it. Based in Thailand, she brings practical experience from the frontline of the care economy to conversations about worker power, social solidarity, and the future of care in an aging society.
