Venerable Phramaha Napan Santibhaddo (Thawornbanjob) is Assistant Abbot of Wat Saket (the Golden Mount Temple) in Bangkok and Founding Director of the Institute of Buddhist Management for Happiness and Peace (IBHAP). An internationally recognized Buddhist monk and interfaith peacebuilder, he has spent more than two decades advancing dialogue, conflict transformation, and community healing, particularly in southern Thailand. He has trained religious and community leaders in peace building, founded the For Beautiful Life Group, and serves as a KAICIID International Fellow. His work integrates Buddhist ethics, human rights, and social innovation to strengthen community resilience, youth leadership, and sustainable development. Based in Bangkok, he is a leading voice for the role of faith communities in building peaceful, inclusive, and compassionate societies.
