Subin Mulmi is a human rights lawyer and researcher based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and Executive Director of Nationality For All. Their work focuses on statelessness, nationality rights, refugees, civil registration and vital statistics (CRVS), digital identity, and digital public infrastructure. Before joining Nationality For All, they worked as Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Advisor at Mercy Corps Nepal and as Senior Legal Advisor at the Forum for Women, Law and Development.
They hold a master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where they specialized in migration, gender studies, and human rights. Their work centers on ensuring that identity and citizenship systems do not deepen exclusion for already marginalized communities. (they/them)
