A practicing advocate in Allahabad, India, who has argued more than two hundred cases, he asks: who already has the power to compel these systems to reveal their reasoning, expose bias, and answer for errors? His answer lies in plain sight: dormant, member-governed institutions in every country. In 2026, he documented India’s highest court directing the lawyers’ own body to take charge of AI, the first recorded direct activation.
