Bio
Razali Samsudin is an educator, independent researcher, and civic technologist working at the intersection of AI governance, human rights, and digital sovereignty. With more than fourteen years of experience in education across the United Kingdom and France, he has worked with learners of diverse ages and abilities in schools, universities, and community settings.
His current work focuses on building civic and cultural infrastructure for human rights movements. He founded Manifest Studio, a privacy-first platform currently being co-designed and explored with Amnesty International, and created the Commons Archive of Resistance, an offline archive of digital security tools, liberation movements, and physical commons spaces available in fifteen languages.
Razali serves as Civic Tech and Digital Sovereignty Team Lead at Tech for Palestine and co-designed the Human Rights DAO governance pilot as Project Tech Lead with Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand. He writes about decolonial AI and political philosophy through Razlosophy, guided by three commitments: decolonize, decentralize, and democratize.
