Bio
Phim-on Lohakit is a staff member in the Research and Academic Affairs unit at the Institute of Asian Studies, Chulalongkorn University. A graduate of the Language and Technology program in the Faculty of Arts, she is interested in the intersection of the humanities and technology, particularly in how communities can resist forms of capitalism that erode the humanities in the digital and AI era and further concentrate power among the privileged.
As a member of the Solidarity AI conference team, she coordinates the collaboration between Chulalongkorn University and the Platform Cooperativism Consortium.
