Mohammad Shan is a PhD researcher in Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. His research focuses on power electronics packaging, particularly the mechanical behaviour and thermomechanical reliability of sintered copper nanoparticle joints. His broader interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, computational mechanics, and data-driven approaches to material modelling and engineering simulation, with an emphasis on applications in advanced electronic packaging.
