Malee Sorblek is a member of HomeCare Thailand, a worker-centered platform for household cleaning services developed with support from HomeNet Thailand. HomeCare connects experienced domestic workers with households seeking reliable, high-quality cleaning while aiming to improve workers’ incomes, working conditions, welfare, and social protection. Workers receive training in cleaning techniques, equipment use, and service standards, and many have more than ten years of professional experience. HomeCare is also exploring how digital technology can be designed around workers’ needs and strengthen their skills, collective capacity, and economic security.
