Arthit Suriyawongkul is a researcher at Thai Netizen Network, focusing on the intersection of AI governance, open source, and software engineering. His ongoing Ph.D. research bridges technical and legal layers to ensure AI accountability, particularly through vocabularies for system trustworthiness. An advocate for community-driven technology, Arthit contributes to open standards like the System Package Data Exchange (SPDX) and the Data Privacy Vocabularies and Controls Community Group (DPVCG). His multidisciplinary background, spanning cognitive science, information technology, and anthropology, enables him to translate complex systems into practical, auditable policy.
