Bio
Dulce Bustamante is Executive Director of the Union of Legitimate Service Contracting Cooperatives in the Philippines, a cooperative union dedicated to the development, training, and support of labor service cooperatives. She serves on the Board of ICA Asia Pacific, chairs the ICA-AP Committee on Youth Cooperation, and is Vice President for Asia Pacific of the ICA Youth Committee. Bustamante is also a founding member of the Young Entrepreneurs Service Cooperative and Youth Connect Cooperative. In addition to her work in the cooperative movement, she is a managing partner at a law firm in the Philippines. Her professional expertise spans cooperative development, governance, labor services, youth leadership, and organizational capacity building, with a strong focus on strengthening democratic and sustainable cooperative institutions.
