Oorali is a contemporary conversational band defiantly attempting to reinvent itself in pursuit of original expression through art. A collective of talented actors, musicians, writers, and visual artists who constantly collaborate to create unique experiences, Oorali’s art is born out of interactions with society contributing to their highly adaptive, customized performances. An Oorali performance is a spectacle; a creative mix of music, theater, visuals, poetry, and song. Art is the language that they chose, or rather it was ordained upon them by the lives they lived before becoming this community of traveling performers. It is the performances that define them. Each performance is a life and death event depending on how you connect to the audience. Every realm of interaction be it visual, auditory, or kinesthetic is incorporated by them to communicate with everyone in the crowd. Inclusivity is the key because every human being is important and is there at a performance because he/she was meant to be.
