Heira Hardiyanti is an experienced cooperator and Board Member at the Institute for Indonesian Cooperative Development Studies. With a master’s degree in Management from the Indonesian Cooperative Management Institute (IKOPIN), her career spans nonprofit organizations, social enterprise, corporate social responsibility, policy analysis, and youth development.
As a co-founder of MyCoolClass, a platform cooperative, Heira is transforming education by providing an inclusive and collaborative learning environment. Additionally, as a Post Growth Fellow and researcher at the Institute for Indonesian Cooperative Development and Studies, she has explored cooperative models for sustainable development.
