Bio
Mattia Frapporti is a Junior Researcher in the Horizon Europe INCA project at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Bologna. His work focuses on the political role of infrastructure and the relationship between logistics and politics, as well as the impact of digital platforms on political spaces. He is a founding member of the research collective Into the Black Box, serves on the editorial board of Zapruder, and is a board member of the Foundation Jean Monnet pour l’Europe. His most recent book, Governo materiale: Il potere politico delle infrastrutture (2024), explores how infrastructures shape political power and governance.
