Claudia Henke is a social economist with more than 20 years of experience as a project manager across industries. She has co-founded and managed several cooperatives and focuses on developing social innovations in collaboration with partners. One of her key areas of work is the Workers’ Buyout model for company succession, in which employees take over ownership of a business as a cooperative and continue to run it collectively. For two decades, she has advised and coached social enterprises and worked to strengthen the policy and legal frameworks that support cooperatives. Her work bridges practical enterprise development with cooperative advocacy.
