Changbok You has lived in Sungmisan, a small urban village in Seoul, Korea, for the past 20 years. He has been in charge of policies supporting community development in the Seoul Metropolitan Government for the past 8 years. He is also a professor in the department of Community Studies in the Graduate School of Social and Solidarity Economy of Sungkonghoe University, Korea.
